  • IRS Audit Representation “Protection” – we will represent you for all work we do.
  • We complete applications for payroll, sales tax, workers compensation & agency reports
  • We answer all IRS, State and local jurisdiction notices and correspondence as required.

*There are no contracts. All clients are provided with an engagement letter before services begin, based upon our agreed understanding of your U.S. business needs. You may terminate the engagement at any time for any reason by written notice.
